Why would I want to take part?
Do any of the following questions resonate with you? “Do I want to grow as a person? Do I want to explore my own spirituality? Do I want to discover how it is possible to integrate faith more fully into my everyday life and allow my everyday experience to help my faith grow?”
If any of these questions ring a bell with you or clarifies some of the things you are already thinking about in your life then lifeXtra is the event to attend so that you can explore these areas further.
What is it?
A series of three Saturday-morning events. Each session will give space and time to explore our own personal experience, the experience of Jesus and an opportunity to bring both these insights together. There will also be material presented to help you integrate the material in the coming week.
How will it work?
These highly interactive sessions will include periods of input, personal reflection and exercises as well as opportunities for group-work together with Q&A’s. Participants will each receive a summary of all materials explored during the day together with resources for your own integration and reflection in the week ahead.
What difference will it make if I choose to attend?
Each one of us wants to live life more fully (cf. Jn 10.10) - participating in these days of lifeXtra will help you develop a more balanced and integrated approach to your own life and to the world of faith and spirituality. Knowing yourself better and knowing Jesus better will allow you to enjoy life in all its dimensions.
How can I sign up for the three sessions?
